We were all so delighted to be able to celebrate in person at Prize Giving 2022. For most of our students this was their first prize giving ceremony at Beaufort. Thank you to Ms. McMahon for organising such a beautiful ceremony for us all. Ms. Kavanagh opened the proceedings with an uplifting speech followed by our wonderful choir conducted by Ms. Browne. There were awards in the Social and Justice category, Aggregate Studies and Sports.
Year Heads spoke about the achievements of each year group and we all throughly enjoyed clapping, cheering and celebrating together. Our surprise key speaker was jockey Rachel Blackmore and she gave us some great words of wisdom. Thank you Rachel. The school band rounded off the event with us all singing along and they got more than a standing ovation. Well done to all our students and congratulations on a full year back in person at Loreto High School Beaufort.
