We celebrated the birthday of our founder Teresa Ball today. Thank you to all who organised, planned, performed and spoke at the wonderful events today. We are very grateful to our visiting speaker, Loreto past pupil, parent and RTE news presenter, Anne Cassin.
The day’s events showcased:
– A Teresa Ball Screenplay written by 2nd Yearsand Ms McCabe’s 2nd Year English class with Ms Hogan
– Teresa Ball Birthday Bunting Presentationfrom 200 upcycled masks (TY craft groupand Ms Lalor)
– Our choir singing ‘When I grow up’ and our Beaufort Band ‘After 04’– Thanks Ms Browne
– Anne Cassin (Loreto past pupil, parent & presenter of Nationwide) spoke about ‘What Loreto means to me’ & cut our Teresa Ball Birthday cake.
