5th Year Art Gallery Visit

in News

Today our 5th year Art class visited the National Gallery to see the Leonardo Da Vinci exhibition.

Thank you so much to Donal Maguire for the behind-the-scenes tour of the CSIA research centre and for organising our private viewing of Frederic William Burton’s ‘Meeting on the Turret Stairs’. We really enjoyed our guided tours at the gallery.

After lunch we went to the Project Arts Centre where curator Tessa Giblin gave us a wonderful insight into the work of Mark O’Kelly. We were very honoured to receive a tour from the curator of Ireland’s pavilion at the next Venice Biennale. Thank you Tessa.
