At this moment the judges are tasting the 1st and 2nd year finalists’ entries of this years Loreto Bake Off. The standard is so high. There’s a fabulous lemon tart beautifully decorated, chocolate cakes so moist and delicious, profiteroles and much more. A wonderful arry of techniques were used to decorate the cakes from spun sugar to homemade macarons. It’s very hard to choose a winner. Well done to all who entered this years competition.
