On Tuesday 4th November 47 Ty students and the business teachers Ms Taylor, Ms Mc Andrew and Ms Harding went to the Web Summit at Simmons Court in the RDS. There were many other schools there and it was packed inside. We all sat down and were greeted by Paddy Cosgrave who created the Web Summit. There were many speakers of all ages who told us their stories of being entrepreneurs and how some of them have started websites. We were told about ‘Coder Dojo’ which is a coding activity that many of the entrepreneurs used. It was really interesting and a great experience to have gotten to go.
