Eco-UNESCO Update
The Eco-UNESCO’s youth for sustainable development program has been accepted for the Young Environmentalist’s Award (YEA). The Launch party for their project, The Youthtop Gardener’s Rooftop garden, was held on the 22nd of March and was a success with guests such as the Deputy Lord Mayor of Dublin in attendance.
On Monday 22nd of April Claudia Russell, Mary Hastings and the rest of The Youthtop Gardeners were invited to present their project at the Google Headquarters for Earth week alng with several other projects and businesses such as WEEE Ireland.
The garden is still open to the public and can be found in The Greenhouse, St.Andrews Street.
