We are delighted to announce Alex Webb and Roisin Wickham have won a place in the EYP National Finals. Having got through the regionals Alex and Roisin will attend the final at St. Michaels College Dublin at the end of March. A model of the European Parliament is set up and the girls will play a role on the different committees such as The Committee on Climate Change, Foreign Affairs or Development.

We also had six students from Transition Year attending the model UN Conference in Wesley College on 26th and 27th February. The six students, Alex Webb, Helen Sweeney, Aoife Sheridan, Hazel Larney, Mary Maedhbh Park and Sarah Ellul had a great experience. The country the group chose to represent was Denmark. Alex Webb was the elected ambassador of the group. Well done girls, we are very proud of you all.
